Avaria
Avaria is the central continent for the Tri-World, mostly resembling Medieval England. The far south is all sunshine and no rain, sorta like southern Europe, while the north is far colder and snowier. To the west it is conjoined with the continent of Ansill. To the south-east is Netfir Bay, containing several hundred islets and the large Netfir Island.

City States[edit | edit source]
The major form of government in Avaria was the city state until the Marked War. Kingdoms formerly dominated the land, till the Triwichian Empire crushed most of them. When the Empire collapsed the cities became independent of each other, historical ties meaningless. Only those that were formerly under the same kingdom feel a bond with each other, though in practice this is little more than a preference in trading. After the Marked War, many cities banded together under the bonds of old. Most of these are now constituents of the Dragon Empire.
Tribes[edit | edit source]
In the frozen north of the continent are the Noisivitca tribes. Spared from any settlement by either the Maxian or Triwichian empires by the climate they are dismissed as bandits by most states. In fact, the Noisivitca are largely peaceful, the battle against the environment a far more pressing matter than any amongst themselves. The city of Eignub, the largest city in the north, is predominantly Noisivitca and may have been founded by them.
Other tribes are real savages and are limited to the hills and mountains.
